Instead, the unwieldy lists on ALL the topics have been broken out to sub-categories. A few links were removed for link rot, some were moved to more appropriate pages, and over all, I hope I have made it more useful.
(And there isONE TWO new links salted in on the writing page!)

Please feel free to throw new links in comments on the appropriate page(s), and if you have a particular sub-category you think it belongs in, mention that. But no need if you don't, as I will salt it where I think it fits!
