lucy provides a variety of different exercises, usually between 5 - 10 mins, but some can be longer. the majority of them focus on in-door, at-home workouts that don't require any additional exercise equipments. warm-up exercises and cool-down stretches are usually included in the videos, but there's also a separate video just for those. there are also some chair-based exercises, and some apartment-friendly exercises.
